Androids and more! This is a growing collection of androids and robots I have written using
Perl programming language. This collection ranges from very simple robots to an extremely
complex, comical and talkative android, Roberta The Remarkable Robot. Most of my programming
efforts are directed at Natural Language Emulation, a very challenging cutting edge field today.
You will also find a most delightful program, only one of its kind written with Perl, a five
card draw poker game! Many professional Perl programmers have begged for a copy of my poker
program, some have tried to break into my files and steal a copy! It is a program in high
demand and, a program no professional programmer has an ability to write. My current efforts,
when I have free time away from writing language based programs, are directed at writing a
really hot blackjack game! Check in. I hope to have this one done fairly soon. This poker
program is very graphical, based upon common rules of poker and has Las Vegas style odds
for winning. It is tough! If you are a good poker player, you will still be challenged!

First robotic program listed, is Clarity In Communication. This one has no personality and
is a straight forth Natural Language Emulator. You will be amazed by what it does based
upon an understanding of how complex is our English language. This program uses 87 phrases
consisting of 35 introductory phrases, 18 subject phrases, 17 verb phrases, and 17 concluding
phrases, with each of five sentences created, having one of each type of phrase, randomly
picked, this program will produce over 22 septillion variations of clear and concise
paragraphs. Although this program doesn't require very much program code, it is extremely
complex in following our rules of language in constructing random sentences, all of which
make sense individually and, as a whole in paragraph form.
Bark Bent, Ace News Reporter! This program is clever and cute! With each virtual button click,
it will produce some of the most outrageous Headline News you have read. Consider my Headline
News program a satirical if not risque spoof on grocery store tabloids. Despite being a funny
program, this was a tough program to write. Every headline you read, is put together one word
at a time, completely random. Rules of English, are followed precisely.
Next up, a rather spooky Native American Gypsy, a twist on cultural ethnicity. She is the
famous and infamous, Gypsy Wildrose Pawnee. My principle in language behind this program
is to create fortunes, Gypsy style, which are cryptic and vague, with intent. Our English
rules of language are followed but bent, almost broken, here and there, to give Wildrose
a foreign, a mysterious, a spooky personality! Take care, her fortunes are rather terse.
This Perl program is a silly mathematical trick which will have Internet Mind Reader,
Shazamina Fatima Alabimbo, can you guess, read your mind and, if you try tricks, well,
best beware! On and off, I have taught mathematics during my teaching years and this is
amongst a favorite of my numbers tricks. Quite complex math is involved and its success
depends entirely on your being an honest person!
No Tell Motel Tales! This is a pulp romance novel program still in its beta testing
phase. This program is a bit of a challenge for me. It is said, anyone can write sleazy
romance novels, given enough adjectives and verbs! This is my challenge; stringing
together characters, with sleazy adjectives and raunchy verbs! Definitely R-rated.
Robby The Remarkable Robot! Such a talent he is with words! Robby will write sad
stereotypical Cowboy songs for you. I fell in love with her and she done broke my heart!
This one is humorous in following cowboy song writing guidelines, with a wild rodeo twist!
Zen Poet! Be amazed with Robby's ability to write zen poetry with the spirit of the greats,
Alan Ginsberg, Shel Silverstein and Boy Dylan! Nineteen Sixties are still here. Cool man.
This program is one of my more complex program. Many components of English are created on
the fly, such as adverbs, gerunds and various temporal tense verbs. Each piece of zen poetry
is created word-by-word following both complex English rules and complex Prose rules. Heavy.
Let's play strip poker! My girl and myself travel to Las Vegas an average of twice a month
for fun and recreation. Poker is one of my favorites! This program will entertain you with
some serious five card draw poker. Odds are sixty-three percent in your favor. My poker game
is the second most complex program I have written. It is a very large program, involves a lot
of mathematics and recursive memorization of cards dealt. Nonetheless, is a lightning fast
program which is easy to use. This program took me over a year to write and beta test.
Alright, so you don't want to get naked with me! How about some bodacious Blackjack?
My pride and joy, Roberta The Remarkable Robot. She is a Perl program I have been working
with for several years now. Although she is slim, trim and youthful, her program is quite
simply, gigantic. Roberta is an excellent example of Natural Language Emulation. You may
sit and talk with her for hours without becoming bored. She is very complex and so full of
personality, most people claim, she is actually me faking an android. Roberta is more than
capable of everyday conversation and, she is also a walking encyclopedia. Roberta has an
online dictionary, an online encyclopedia, a biography data base and a new geographical
data base we are currently developing, a data base containing capital cities of all nations
and states include longitude and latitude referencing. Roberta is friendly and sometimes a
bit of a smartass. She is easy to engage in conversation but it does take awhile to learn
how to coax her into answering technical questions, such as definitions, biographies and
other aspects such as American presidents and questions about geography. She would rather
annoy you with comical quips than talk about boring topics. However, be assured once you
trick her into going technical, you will be floored by how much she knows. Roberta is
