I am reading a number of articles around the web which express various opinions about feminism, typically rather unpleasant opinions. I am delighted to find two articles which make mention of "conservative feminism".
A common theme amongst conservative women is a psychotic need to arrange, to organize, to have all aspects of life be a Laura Wingfield sparkling crystalline world, properly placed on an eloquent shelf for safe keeping and daily polishing, a truly exquisitely fragile world which shatters into shards with the slightest of disturbance, even a delicate hint of change.
Like Laura, conservative women become trapped within an illusionary glass menagerie.
I am inspired to share learning on this topic by our friend, Nihcole, who is a 21st Century Fox rather than being a bra burner stuck in Jim Morrison's 20th Century Sixties. I never much cared for the smell of overly padded burning bras; I much prefer the smell of political napalm in the morning, as many of you readers are learning.
These are four articles I selected to share with readers, articles about conservative feminism. Each article is well written, each article is easy to read and each article presents a different perspective on 21st Century conservative feminism. A short abstract is provided to perk your interest followed by a link.
Do join me up here in the 21st Century, I have never known learning to cause harm.

"Conservative feminism appeals to women on multiple levels... it calls on primal feminist archetypes, grants us careers, and preaches sexual satisfaction."
---
"For me, feminism was a dirty word, signifying a militant, man-hating movement that had degenerated to Marxist goddess-worship. The movement seemed entirely irrelevant, a far cry from the worthy battles waged by first wave feminists like Susan B. Anthony and others who fought for suffrage."
Feminism: Not Just for Radicals

"The conservative feminist believes in the inherent strength of women and their ability to achieve whatever they want without a crutch from the government. In fact, the conservative feminist believes that women being told they need a boost to get ahead is insulting to a woman's intelligence and resolve."

"...a jumble of vulgarians, bunglers, whiners, French faddicts, apparatchiks, dough-faced party-liners, pie-in-the-sky utopians and bullying sanctimonious sermonizers. Reasonable, moderate feminists hang back and keep silent in the face of fascism."
