Reading through this thousand page plus HR3200 health care bill, I find a lot of evidence of left liberals lying to America, and especially evidence of Barack Obama telling black lies to America. Rather clear to me this objective of left liberals is to impose "death panels" upon America and to impose tyrannical socialism upon America. Being succinct, this left liberal agenda is to destroy our America, to impose tyranny upon us.
There are two themes which emerge in this HR3200 bill which are extremely disturbing. One theme is impose death upon the ill as a cost savings measure. The other theme is to allow the IRS direct access to our private bank accounts for monitoring and removal of monies without our permission.
"Something ain't right", you can be sure of this. What is not right is left liberals are bent on ripping up our Constitution, denying Americans our civil rights and imposing absolute authoritarian government power.
Our family is discussing moving onto our Indian Lands so we can be free, least for a longer time. The feds have no authority on our Indian lands but I doubt this will last for long.
Everyone wants to be an Indian. Very few are and those who claim to be of Indian blood are typically lying. Today, more than ever, you white folks are wishing to be Indians; our Indian nations are the last outposts of American Freedom. We American Indians, long back, enjoyed sense enough to adamantly protect our sovreign freedoms. You white folks have not a lick of sense believing yourselves to be masters of the universe. Section 152: Mandates health care for illegal aliens. Wording clearly exempts illegal aliens from paying taxes and clearly provides health care to illegal aliens completely free of charge. American taxpayers will foot the bill for all health services provided to illegal aliens. Any person from any country can walk into America and receive free health care at American taxpayer expense, including Islamic terrorists.
Section 163: Mandates government access to private bank accounts, including removal of money. This provision allows our federal government complete access to your banking private records via instant electronic communications. Our federal government can look at any and all records, determine how much money you have then remove money from your bank account to pay for health care. Our government can take your money with complete impunity from law. This section also allows the IRS to inspect your banking activity for possible tax rule violations. Our IRS is granted access to your private banking information through a subsequent section of this bill.
Section 201: Mandates private health insurance be under complete government control. All health insurance providers will fall under government control. Our federal government will decide which private companies will be allowed to offer health insurance and which will not be allowed. This is the "insurance pool" provision. Only those companies approved by our federal government will be allowed to participate.
Section 205: Mandates use of groups like Black Panthers, Nation of Islam and ACORN to enroll citizens. Clearly a provision to have "ACORN" like groups enroll citizens into the government run health care plan. This is a method to "force" citizens into the government run health care plan. This "force" will be those typical lies employed by ACORN like groups, if not ACORN directly. You are aware of rampant voter fraud perpetrated by ACORN. This provision allows for the same type of fraud to be introduced into the government health care plan; no checks and balances.
Section 223: Mandates government set pricing with immunity from judicial review. Wording here allows our federal government to set prices for all medical service related fees such as doctor salaries and fees for use of medical related technology. Any level of fees can be set both low and high. Those fees cannot be challenged in court. Those fees are completely exempt from judicial review; no legal remedy for abusive fees. This will prompt our federal government to charge excessive fees to cover costs of a national health plan; price gouging with no legal recourse.
Section 312: Mandates employers must enroll employees in the government health care plan. Under this section, new employees have no choice but to enroll in a government health care plan. Private health coverage is not allowed. In time, this will have all employed Americans in the federal health plan without choice.
Section 313: Mandates employers which do not offer health insurance pay an 8% surtax penalty. A graduated tax scale is imposed by this section. Based upon gross salary amount, any business which pays more than a total of $250,000 in wages and does not offer health care benefits will pay a surtax penalty ranging from 2% to 8% which will encourage businesses to downsize by laying off employees. This provision is a job killer. This section will add to our national unemployment rolls and will exasperate our economic crisis.
Section 401: Mandates individuals who do not have health insurance pay a 2.5% surtax penalty. Any American who elects to not have health insurance will be penalized by the IRS. You will have health insurance or you will pay a 2.5% surtax penalty on your gross adjusted income. This is a massive tax increase upon those who do not need health insurance, such as the young and healthy who decide to wait to enroll in a health plan and those who are wealthy. This will impact the poor the most; cannot afford a health care plan, you will be penalized. A subsequent section allows the IRS to access your bank account and take your money to pay this penalty. You have no choice in this. If money is not available, the IRS can seize your assets such as your home, your car, your furniture, all to auction off to pay your penalty fee.
Section 401: Mandates illegal aliens be provided health insurance free of charge. No brainer here. This section mandates all people not citizens of America are entitled to free health services. You can easily envision tens of millions of people from elsewhere rushing over our borders for free health care paid for by American taxpayers.
Section 401: Mandates the IRS be involved in collecting surtax fees including access to individual bank accounts. We all love the IRS. Wording in this provision allows the IRS instant electronic access to your bank records and allows the IRS to remove money from your bank account without your permission. The IRS can inspect all of your banking activity to spot possible tax rule violations and if something is "fishy" as Obama would say, the IRS can haul you into civil court and have you criminally charged through our Justice Department. In essence, this section rips up our Constitution; 1984 Big Brother.
Section 1151: Mandates hospitals be penalized for readmission of patients for treatment of a chronic disease. A hospital which readmits a person for an illness previously treated will be penalized. Principle is "cure the illness first time or pay a penalty." We know this is impossible for many cases. This will skyrocket hospital fees making health services, overall, significantly more expensive. An example, you suffer cancer, are treated and enjoy remission. Five years later your cancer returns. Going back in for treatment will have you penalized; "death panel syndrome".
Section 1162: Mandates government can disqualify individuals from private health insurance; Medicare Advantage plans. Those elderly currently enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans through private insurers can be kicked out of those plans by government discretion. This is a provision to remove the elderly from health care plans. This is a certain, very certain, "death panel" provision; "drop dead grandma, you are too costly."
Section 1172: Mandates government deny health insurance to special needs people. Very clearly wording in this section is designed to exclude special needs kids from health care. Sarah Palin's Trig would be denied health care through this provision. This is a "death panel" provision designed to have special needs people simply die. You have Down's Syndrome, drop dead you are too costly.
Section 1233: Mandates government urge patients to seek death hospice services rather than treatment. Although allegedly removed from the current HR3200 bill, this provision exemplifies the thinking of left liberals. This thinking is old folks should simply drop dead. This thinking is attaching a cheap price tag to the value of life. There is no guarantee this provision will not be slipped back in at the last minute before vote. Odds are high this provision will be included in the final bill through a sneaky method.
Section 1714: Mandates government pay for birth control and abortion services. While I agree with providing birth control, especially to teenagers, I have reservations about taxpayers footing the bill for abortion. Some abortions should be taxpayer funded such as a mother being endangered, a fetus with a known horrific terminal illness, incest, rape, those notions we all understand. However, this section provides for taxpayer funding of late term abortions. I am sure all of us agree late term abortion is simply wrong, abhorrently wrong. Birth control is very cheap, very affordable and would serve to reduce tragic circumstances. Late term abortion is simply tragic, always.
Section 1751: Mandates government will decide which illnesses will be treated and which will not. Another very clear "death panel" inclusion. This allows the government to decide which illness will be treated and which will not. This section is the most horrific of all. This is absolutely a "death panel". This allows for backdoor euthanasia of Americans. You have a disease the government decides not to treat, tough luck, pound sand white eyes.
Bottom line on all of this is Barack Obama intends to create death panels and intends to kill American citizens.
